I think sanjis speed is close the kings where sanji will be able to but king more. Remember, sanji uses fire based attacks which won’t do really anything to king. Zoro was able to damage king with CoC slashes, his strong slashes (w/o CoC) were not enough o take king down. I am not sure that sanji has the firepower necessary to take king down. King hasn’t shown anything on the level of sanji’s best speed feat. Though king is no slouch in terms of speed for being able blitz someone like zoro. But he can only attain that speed when he sacrificed his crazy durability and it still doesn’t really compare to sanji’s. Physical Strength: king = sanji. Sanji doesn't have to sacrifice his speed unlike King to maintain said durability. You are forgetting king also has his zoan durability on the top of that like queen.
